Technical Support

July 2009 to present
Computer Services Lab Assistant, Missouri State University

I have worked in Computer Services User Support at Missouri State University for almost three years. In that time, I've had extensive experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues on a variety of devices and operating systems. While I primarily dealt with issues concerning use of Missouri State University's online computer systems and campus computer labs, I also worked with student software and hardware. Examples include the following:

Technical Editing

I have contributed several pages to the documentation wiki used at Computer Services User Support at Missouri State University. I created the guide for clearing browser cookies, the guide on freezing a machine using Deep Freeze, the Windows Wi-Fi troubleshooting page, and all of the guides involving Adobe Premiere Pro. I have also made significant contributions to the lab printer troubleshooting page and the BearPrint Client install guide.

Web Designer

I am currently designing the website for Axis, a new on-shore data analysis firm formerly part of Ion Geophysical.

Additionally, I designed this portfolio site from scratch.

Video Production

I have completed over a dozen person projects, most of which are available at my Youtube channel and my Facebook videos page (viewable by anyone as long as you are logged into Facebook).

I also collaborated on the following productions (you can view them by clicking the Examples link on the right):
